WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Evereden currently offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, $10 flat fee shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, and $5 flat fee shipping to Canada. While we don’t currently ship globally.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is free! We also offer expedited shipping, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.

We offer a $10 flat priority shipping rate to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii,  and $5 flat shipping to Canada. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note that it often takes our service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system. Once your order has shipped, you should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from Evereden, please let us know at hello@ever-eden.com so that we can help you return it within 14 days of receipt. Don’t forget to include your order #.

We will refund you in full to your original form of payment. Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
